The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.

In accordance with the notice issued by the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Health, the listed core points below define the actions required to be taken during the process of opening our doors, which have been developed with the contributions by our world-wide known co-partner ECOLAB and the support of RENTOKIL Company.


  • Disinfectant mats which are regulated in accordance with health standards and controlled on a regular basis are made available at the hotel.
  • Upon their arrival, it is ensured that our guests comply with social distancing rules.
  • As the current conditions necessitate minimum physical contact, our guests receive frequent phone calls asking about their needs; besides personal hygiene packages are brought to their rooms.
  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates.
  • The air conditioning plants filters of our hotel are cleaned regularly in accordance with the standards. The air conditioning plants in the guest rooms and meeting rooms can work with 100% outdoor air.

Those precautions include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: As the current conditions necessitate minimum physical contact, our guests receive frequent phone calls asking about their needs.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Fitness Center: Open, masks required at all times except training and reservation is required.
  • Spa: Open, reservation required.
  • Restaurant & Bar: Closed, face masks required for entry and social distancing applied if the guests who stay at the hotel would like to dine.

Offering Middle East & Mediterranean cuisine, restaurant is adapted to the social distancing rules and looking forward to welcome its guests with open air terrace and bar.


  • Setting meals and breaks in spaces reserved for the specific event
  • Offering a wide variety of hygienic f+b options tailored to group size, including: grab + go | canned + bottled beverages | plated service
  • Redesigning f+b station set-ups to include protective "sneeze guards" and to maintain appropriate distancing
  • Serving coffee breaks staffed by associates or providing pre-packaged coffee breaks and condiment options for attendees
  • Reducing or removing non-essential items, including linens, pre-set plates, glassware and chargers, décor and other non-essential surfaces
  • Before our guests' use, spaces in question are sanitized and ensured to be sterile by means of the cleaning agents and materials specified by ECOLAB.
  • Our guests are served with single-use products.
  • Dining tables are placed with 1.5 meter of distance from one another in accordance with the social distancing rules, which provides at least 60 cm distance between individuals sitting at the same table.
  • All tables and chairs are cleaned every two hours by using special disinfectant materials approved by ECOLAB.
  • Open service area is prioritized and used as much as possible for breakfast, lunch and dinner times.
  • Meeting rooms are disinfected following each use, and disinfectants for guests' use are made available at each meeting room.
  • Social distancing rules are observed appropriately at our meeting rooms; explanatory signs and boards are conveniently located to make them visual as much as possible.
  • Meeting rooms are effectively and appropriately ventilated with fresh air.
  • Once cleaned and sanitized as required, the meeting rooms are kept closed for 12 hours before the next use.
  • All hotel staff at service and offer areas use face coverings and gloves as providing service to our guests.
  • Guest common use areas (such as restaurants, bars and kiosks) include warning signs and boards that point to the social distancing rules required to be observed.
  • Products such as salt, sugar and black pepper available at dining tables during service are offered as single-use packs and disposed of even if the guest has not used them.
  • Contactless payment method is available at our restaurants.

At Sheraton Istanbul Levent 9 different sized meeting rooms and 521 sq meter ballroom are waiting to elevate your meetings and special events. Named after our furry friends in Guide Dogs Association, our meeting rooms offers natural daylight option. Hosting up to 600 people in cocktail rounds, ballroom can be divided into 3 parts to be shaped according to your needs. Our events are designed to facilitate fulfilling and uplifting experience for you and your guests.


  • Plan a meeting for your senior team, followed by a private dinner on our terrace or dining room.
  • All meetings and events spaces are redesigned and reformed based on new normal.
