Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Consistent with the most recent CDC guidance, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law. We ask that unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits, and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at the front desk, bar, and elevators.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders are delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app. Contactless check-in is encouraged (Mobile app, Mobile key). Credit card machines are placed in front of plexiglass barriers at the Front Desk for guests to swipe their own card.

Valet parking, luggage assistance, and airport shuttle service are available.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings. Associates and guests who are vaccinated are not required to wear face coverings in public areas of the hotel. Unvaccinated guests and associates are still required to wear face coverings in all public areas of the hotel.

Ice Machines: We are in the process of reopening our ice machines on all of the floors of our hotel. Currently, the ice machines on the 3rd and 9th floors are open. Guests can request ice to be delivered to their room or can be picked up from the restaurant in our lobby.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night. Full service must be requested by midnight the prior evening or upon check-in.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


Fitness Center: Open 24/7.  Masks and social distancing required for those not fully vaccinated.
Shuttle: 24/7 with appointment/upon request pickup at ITH Airport.
Guest Laundry: Open 24/7. Masks and social distancing required for those not fully vaccinated.
Hotel Restaurant/Patio: Masks required if not fully vaccinated when not seated.
Valet Parking: 24/7

Monks on the Commons is operating at full capacity indoors and out on the Patio. Guests may also get Monks On The Go to take for outdoor activities or to enjoy in your room with contactless delivery to your room or for pick-up at Monks. Mobile Dining via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app is available and encouraged.

Breakfast and dinner service is available 7 days a week.

The Market is also stocked with Breakfast items, snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Complimentary coffee is available every day in our lobby until 8 AM.

Face coverings are required for our customers not fully vaccinated in the restaurant and patio when guests are not seated.

Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

 

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out. Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key. Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
  • Mobile Dining. Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests. Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
