Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desk, bar, and elevators.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app. Contactless check-in is encouraged (Mobile app, Mobile key). Credit card machines placed in front pf plexiglass barriers at the Front Desk for guests to swipe their own card.

Currently no valet parking, luggage assistance or shuttle service available.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings. Associates and guests are required to wear face coverings in all public areas of the hotel.

Enhanced Cleaning: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities: 

  • Disinfectant wipes and gloves are available upon request.
  • Coffee machines located in each room and complimentary coffee available at the Front Desk each morning.
  • Housekeeping service is limited to a refresh if requested during their stay. Full service may also be requested. Guest may not be in the room during service. Turn-down service has been suspended.
  • No contact delivery: All amenities and food are delivered by placing the items outside the door with a knock to notify.
  • Ice Machines: Currently unavailable. Guests can request ice to be delivered to their room.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


Fitness Center: Currently closed.
Shuttle: Currently closed.
Guest Laundry: Open, masks required for entry.
Hotel Restaurant/Patio: Open, masks required for entry.
Valet Parking: Currently unavailable.

Monks On the Commons (hotel restaurant) reopened with reduced seating and socially distanced seating on the Patio. Guests may also get Monks On the Go to take for outdoor activities or to enjoy in your room. Contactless delivery to your room or you may pick-up in Monks. Mobile Dining option is available and encouraged.

The Market is also stocked with Breakfast items, snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Coffee is available at the Front Desk each morning seven days a week.

Signage is displayed at each entrance and throughout the restaurant. Partitions installed at the bar. No bar seating available.

Face coverings required in the restaurant and patio when guests are not seated.

Tables and chairs are disinfected between each setting and clearly marked when available. 80-minute time limit per seating.

Menus are under glass on the tables. Single use menus or QR code available for patio. Silverware is wrapped in linen like single use napkin and placed at table by host when being sat. Individually wrapped single use condiments provided.

Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

 

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out. Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key. Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
  • Mobile Dining. Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests. Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
