Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. The team at the Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri hotel is following complete safety and hygiene protocols to ensure your safety by taking all the precautionary measures. Some of their best practices includes regular sanitization of the hotel, zero touch during food preparation, wearing face masks and gloves at all times, Hand washing and sanitizing regularly, checking the temperature of everyone on regular basis, preparing and packing the food in the appropriate hygiene conditions.

  • Guest Rooms: Stringent cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean rooms before each arrival, with attention paid to high-touch items.
  • Public Spaces: Sanitization in all areas with approved cleaning agent.
  • Heart of House: All associates with disinfected uniforms wearing face masks and gloves in all areas. Revised shifts with social distancing and Aarogya setu app.
  • Hotel Car Care: Chauffer uniform with gloves and face mask, safety kit for guests, sanitization of car before each duty and luggage sanitization on arrival.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

  • Social distancing in the layout of tables and chairs.
  • Sanitization of table and chair before every guest seating.
  • Free wi-fi access to all guests to stay connected.
  • Contact less digital menu through QR code scanning
  • Sanitized EDC machine option available for payment.
  • We use approved chemicals from our Hygiene Partners for cleaning and disinfecting function areas, such as entrance, sitting area, back area floor, control panel, etc.
  • Sanitization of hostess desk.
  • Hygiene levels : Highest standard of hygiene levels maintained as recommended by official hygiene partner.
  • Safe packaging : Orders are safely packed. Kindly dispose off the containers and exterior bag.
  • Drop and leave: Freshly cooked food dropped off at your doorstep, to be consumed within 2 hours of delivery.
