Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Fairfield By Marriott Belagavi defines the operation dynamics and nuances of how we choose to operate in The New Normal. With current circumstances our commitment to clean program & standards ensure that we are looking at the safety and security of guests & associates covering every single touch point. We have placed signage at all public areas to remind guests of social distancing & occupancy limits. Partitions are installed at front desk and all associates are equipped with PPE kits. Contactless deliveries are encouraged in room & in restaurant. All touch points are sanitized every 2 hours.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Temperature check, hand sanitizer is provided & luggage is sanitized for all guests and associates.
  • Face Mask & Gloves are part of associate uniform. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • All rooms have menus on QR code to avoid multiple touch points to menu. All rooms have amenities on request QR code to minimize touch points.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in all the room for every arriving guest.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center- Open, Oxygen level check mandatory, Hand sanitation, Equipment sanitation after every use.
  • Lounge- Open, face mask Mandatory
  • Restaurant - Open, face mask Mandatory
  • Kava - Restaurant & Lounge is open from 6 am-11.30 pm everyday. We are taking all precautions stated by local administration and WHO. Temperature check and hand sanitation is mandatory for all guests & associates.
  • We are sanitizing all touch points like Handles, EDC machines, Bills folders, Tables etc after every use or every half hour. All menus are made available on QR code.
  • All associates are equipped with PPE. Guests are offered face mask if they wish to wear one.
  • We are offering Contactless delivery in room service.
