Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage in public spaces will remind our guests to maintain social distancing. We have added partitions at check-in to provide an extra level of precaution for our guests and our associates. Occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our breakfast/lobby area compliance with local and state mandates. Lastly we have occupancy limits to one person or family to elevator at a time.

Starting with our public spaces and high-traffic areas, we are going above and beyond our normal protocols. We are cleaning surfaces with increased frequency, dedicated staff, and recommended cleaning agents. In guest rooms, we have elevated our rigorous protocols to thoroughly clean all surfaces with hospital-grade disinfectants.


Green choice is a social distancing tool that the guest can opt into, this eliminates the number of people who are in your room. All paper has been removed from the guest rooms to minimize high touch point items. All glassware has been replaced with wrapped paper cups.



Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We have made modifications to our amenities by recommendations provided by the CDC, World Health Organization and county guidelines.

 

  • Our buffet breakfast service will be suspended for the safety of our guests. Pre Packaged breakfast will be available Monday - Friday 6:30 AM - 9:30 AM, Saturday, Sunday 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM.
  • Fitness Center, Pool and Hot Tub are open and we require you to stay 6ft apart from another guest.

Hand sanitizing stations are being installed at hotel entrances, at our front desks, our elevator banks, and meeting spaces. Our employees, and their own health, safety, and knowledge, are essential. Here are some ways we are supporting them:

 

  • Proper and frequent hand washing is vital to help combat the spread of viruses. In our daily meetings, our teams are reminded that cleanliness starts with this simple act. It is important for their health and that of our guests.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All employees will be provided with PPE and receive training on the proper use of the equipment.
  • Symptom & Temperature Testing: Employees will be checked for symptoms and temperature taken prior to each of their shifts.
