Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
We are committed to clean from the entry of the hotel with temperature check, car sanitization and Arogya Setu App check to automatic sanitization stations in the guest areas. Mobile check-in and key, digital menus and one QR code for in-room service menu.

Signage and marking throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

No valet service is currently available for parking.

Cleaning and Sanitization Protocol 

 

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Sanitization of all surfaces using the disinfectant chemical recommended by Hygiene partner(Virex II 256).
  • Room Amenities: No dry amenities or collaterals will be placed in guest rooms to eradicate any chances of carrier by contact.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Temperature checklist: All food items are maintained at the appropriate temperature as per international guideline and all food products are thoroughly inspected and sanitized before entry into the production area.
