Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
  • Signage throughout our resort to remind guests and associates to wear face coverings, maintain social distancing, and practice good hand hygiene.
  • Occupancy limit and seating capacity reductions in our restaurants, in compliance with local and state mandates.
  • Partitions installed at front desk and food and beverage service lines.
  • Reconfigured furniture and seating arrangements in lobbies, meeting spaces, and pool decks.
  • Mobile check-in, check-out, key, and guests requests available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic, including restrooms and elevators. We are using EPA-approved, hospital-grade cleaning agents. We have also provided hand sanitizing stations at our front desk, spa, Cabana Beach Club, meeting spaces, restaurants, and elevator lobbies. All of our associates have completed training on updated safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members are required to wear face coverings while working and will wear additional PPE (e.g. gloves, goggles, face shields, etc.) as appropriate, based on the activities they are performing and direction by local health authorities. Guests are required to wear face coverings when in public areas of the resort. Complimentary face coverings will be provided to guests who do not have their own.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We are utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

 


Room Amenities:

 

  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest. Additional packets of wipes are available upon request at the front desk.
  • In-room drinking glasses have been replaced with disposable cups.
  • In-room supplies are not automatically being replenished during your stay, but you may pick up additional toiletries, linens, coffee supplies, and other convenience items from the front desk at any time, or request that items be delivered right to your guest room door.
  • Several of our standard in-room items (i.e. Sawgrass Magazine, pen, notepad, bathrobes, Bible, Book of Mormon) have been removed from guest rooms, but are available upon request at the front desk.
  • Throw pillows for sofas and lounges are not currently available.


Housekeeping Service:

 

  • Each guest room is being thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between stays. To reduce contact, we will not automatically provide in-room cleaning service during your stay. If you are staying three or more consecutive nights with us and would like in-room housekeeping service, please call or visit the front desk to schedule a room refresh. For the safety of our associates and guests, all guests will need to vacate the room while in-room service is provided.
  • Marriott Bonvoy's Make A Green Choice program has been temporarily suspended.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. During your visit, the following facilities and services will be available for your convenience and enjoyment:

Business Services:
  • Onsite FedEx Office open Monday - Friday, 9am - 4pm; and Saturday, 9am - 1pm.
  • Notary public available Tuesday - Friday by appointment.

Cabana Beach Club:
  • Open 6am - 10pm daily. Room key or member fob required for gate access.
  • Complimentary shuttle between hotel and Cabana Beach Club runs 8am - 8pm daily, every hour on the hour.
  • Parking at Cabana Club is available to hotel guests Monday - Thursday ONLY. Permits are available at the hotel front desk.
  • Watersports and beach rentals available 9am - 5pm daily.
  • Aqua Aerobics class offered Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays at 9:30am.

Concierge Desk:
Temporarily closed. One of our Front Desk hosts will be happy to assist you with local information.

Concierge Lounge / M Club:
In lieu of a lounge, we offer our Platinum, Titanium, and Ambassador Elite guests complimentary access to our spa's relaxation room, saunas/steam rooms, whirlpools, and heated lap pool during spa hours.

Dry Cleaning:
Same-day service available Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Drop at front desk by 7am and pick up anytime after 5pm. Accepting credit cards and room charges only. No cash please.

Fitness Center:
  • 24-hour access with your room key.
  • Spin class offered Fridays at 8:30am (8 person limit; first come, first serve). Yoga class offered Thursdays at 5:30pm and Saturdays at 9:00am (8 person limit; first come, first serve; bring your own mat). All other fitness classes temporarily suspended.
  • Please respect posted signage regarding machines that have been closed to maintain social distancing.
  • Please use the provided cleaning supplies to sanitize equipment after each use.


Gift/Sundries Shop:
Open Sunday - Wednesday, 9am - 6pm; and Thursday - Saturday, 9am - 7pm.

Golf Shop:
Open 8am - 5pm daily. Accepting credit cards and room charges only. No cash please.

Laundry:
Self-service laundry facility available 24/7 with your room key. Coin operated washers and dryers.

"Living Room" Lounge for Sawgrass Signature/Premium Service rooms:
Temporarily closed.

Meeting & Event Services:
Currently booking meetings, conferences, conventions, banquets, weddings, reunions, receptions, and more. Catering and A/V services also available. Please contact our Sales department for assistance.

Mighty Oaks Kids Zone:
Temporarily closed.

 

Parking:

  • Valet parking: $25/day with unlimited in and out privileges
  • Self-parking: $17/day with unlimited in and out privileges. Self-parking is available in the lot next to our convention center and/or outside your assigned villa building.

 

Pools:

  • Resort pool, wading pool, and lagoon pool open daily, dawn to dusk.
  • Towel service provided from the Towel Hut, 9am - 5pm. Towels available from the front desk before 9am and after 5pm.

Recreation:
  • Miniature golf course open 9am - 5pm daily.
  • Bicycle rentals available 9am - 5pm daily. Adult bikes and helmets only.
  • Resort jogging/cycling map (4 mile trail) is available from the front desk.
  • The Floating Hole Challenge and lawn games are temporarily closed and all other recreation activities are temporarily suspended.

Shuttle:
  • Complimentary shuttle between hotel and Cabana Beach Club runs 8am - 8pm daily, every hour on the hour.
  • Complimentary shuttle between hotel and TPC Sawgrass and/or Sawgrass Village shopping center runs upon request, as availability allows.
  • Face coverings are required while boarding and riding the shuttle.

Spa:
  • Open Thursday - Saturday, 9am - 5pm; and Sunday, 9am - 4pm. Closed Monday - Wednesday.
  • Massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures by appointment only.
  • Please respect posted occupancy limits for the relaxation room, saunas/steam rooms, whirlpools, and lap pool.
  • Accepting credit cards and room charges only. No cash please.

Vehicle Rental:
Onsite Avis/Budget open Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm; and Saturday - Sunday, 9am - 2pm.
All of our kitchen staff and food handlers have been trained on safe food preparation and service practices. We conduct regular self and independent audits in accordance with food safety standards and guidelines. We are not offering any self-service buffets at this time.

Alice & Pete's Pub:
  • Open Monday - Thursday, 12pm - 10pm, serving lunch, dinner, and drinks.
  • Open Friday - Sunday, 7am - 11:45am, serving breakfast; and 12:30pm - 10pm, serving lunch, dinner, and drinks.
  • Offering dine-in (indoor dining room or outdoor patio seating) and carryout.
  • Accepting credit cards and room charges only. No cash please.

Starbucks:
  • Open 6am - 3pm daily, serving breakfast and lunch.

  • Sunday Brunch served 10am - 2pm. Happy Hour specials offered Monday - Thursday, 4pm - 6pm and Friday, 5pm - 7pm.

Soothies Café at Sawgrass Spa:
