Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
As it has always been, the safety and security of our guest and team members is our highest priority. We want to best prepare you for your stay by providing details on the property amenities, cleaning protocols and actions you can take to social distance while staying with us. We are committed to making the amenities at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. We take hygiene and cleanliness standards very seriously. You'll notice several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout the entire hotel. As per Saudi government requirements, we will be temperature screening hotel guests, associates and vendors at all entry points.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, especially in high-traffic areas like restrooms, elevators etc. Further we will provide hand sanitizing stations within the public spaces.

Associates will wear required personal protective equipment based on the activities they are performing on direction by the local authorities.Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with dedicated Ecolab cleaner and disinfected. We are utilizing enhanced hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Disinfectant gel are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Open, masks required at all times.
Club Lounges: Open, masks required for entry.
  • Feast Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch & dinner, mask required for entry
  • In Room Dining is available 24 hours per day
  • Tropical Garden Restaurant is open for sunset refreshments & snacks from 6.00pm, mask required for entry
  • Link Café, located in our lobby is open from 7.00am until 11.00pm for coffees & bakeries, mask required for entry
  • Club Lounge, located on 11th Floor of Main Tower is open from 7am - 20:00pm. Eligible guests (e.g. guests with club access) can enjoy beverages & a la carte snacks, mask required for entry
