Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our hotel will remind guests to maintain social distancing with revised seating capacities in our restaurants, fitness and swimming pool areas in accordance with Malaysia government guidance. The use of face mask is mandatory for all guests and employees and the face masks are provided.
  • Temperature check counter upon arrival at main station in hotel lobby.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are available in high-traffic areas.
  • Mobile check-in and key together with other service requests available through the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Valet service is available on request however, self-parking is recommended.
  • Luggage assistance is available on request. All bags will be disinfected before delivering to the room.
  • All of the precautions are subject to change with updated government guidance.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: Room service is available. Disinfectant wipes are provided to all check-ins guest.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open, face masks required at all times.
  • Swimming Pool: Open, limited capacity. Time limit may be in place at peak times to enable enhanced cleaning protocols.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served at our Cafe BLD restaurant. Our restaurant team abides by state and local guidelines, including the use of face masks and gloves.

Digital menus with QR code information are available in all areas (single-use physical menus also available) in order to minimize risks.

All of our venues and banquet spaces have been comply with the local law and are limited to 50% of total capacity and 1 metre between tables.

  • Food will be pre-boxed/pre-packed with no self-service buffets.
  • Staggered arrivals, departures and breaks. Queuing with social distancing is mandatory.
  • Our dedicated event planner will work with event organizers on the implementation of protocols and procedures specific of your event.
