Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Temperature checks & contact tracing at the resort's entry points and public areas
  • Mobile Check-In available through the Marriott Bonvoy mobile app
  • Signages placed prominently to remind guests about social distancing and to wear face masks at all times
  • Hotel associates are provided regular training and and adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards
  • Floor markers indicating 1-metre distancing in areas required to queue
  • Hand sanitizer stations provided in public areas
  • Digital menus via a QR Code instead of printed menus
  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, the lobby, restaurants and bars, The Heavenly Spa by Westin, WestinWorkout Fitness Studio, and provide more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Associates at the resort wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and in compliance with requirements by the local authorities. As per local law, guests are also required to wear personal face coverings while in public areas.
  • Room Amenities: We have replaced all paper stationary, In Room Dining and The Heavenly Spa by Westin Menus with a QR code in order to minimize physical contact. Disinfectant wipes are available in rooms for every arriving guest as well as upon request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The changes are as follows:

 

  • WestinWorkout Fitness Studio: Open, limited capacity. Face masks required.
  • The Heavenly Spa by Westin: Open, reservation required and limited capacity. All treatments are only an- hour long following local laws and guidelines.
  • Swimming Pool: Open with allotted time slots. Maximum capacity of 28 guests at a time.
Buffet breakfasts is served in our all-day dining restaurant Seasonal Tastes with safety shields in place to minimize risks, while lunch and dinner is served at the Beach Bar, Prego and Seasonal Tastes.

All our dining venues comply with the local safety guidelines including frequency of cleaning and revised capacities. All printed menus have been replaced with QR codes to minimize handling.

Specific measures include:

  • All meals are served individually and in disposable or takeaway boxes to minimize contact
  • Individual meeting stationaries will be provided for each attendee including writing materials and bottled water
  • Coffee break items will be served individually
  • All chairs, tables and meeting amenities is sanitized after each event and linen is changed should the event continue on the following day
