Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signages of social distancing are installed throughout the hotel 
  • At the front desk and the Mosaic restaurant, partitions with protective plexi glass have been implemented
  • One time use pen is used at the front desk and the restaurant.
  • Sterilized Key cards are used.
  • PDQ machines sanitized after each use.
  • Contactless menus in food and beverage outlets using the QR code scan.
  • In-room dining menus QR codes are provided in each room instead of the paper menus.
  • Restaurant seating capacities have been modified with reductions of tables and chairs. Signages of social distancing are installed on the floor.

Associates:

  • All associates are wearing face masks and all guests are required to have face masks. 
  • Associates working using their hands have the Personal protection Equipment  
  • Hygiene posters placed in all Associate areas in the hotel to encourage compliance with hygiene measures put in place.

 

Publics Areas:

  • Installation of hand sanitizing stations in publics areas 
  • All public areas of the hotel are cleaned and disinfected frequently.

 

Guest rooms:

  • Guest room are cleaned and disinfected prior to arrival.
  • Mask and sanitizers are given to guest at the check-in 
  • The temperature of all guests and staff who enter the hotel is checked at the entrance
  • If a guest is staying for more than 2 nights, cleaning services is provided after 2 nights except if the guest requested getting cleanliness daily. Cleanliness is done while guest is away from the room.
  • Minibars cleared from guest rooms 

 

Restaurant and Bars:

  • Sanitizers are always available at the entry and inside the restaurant 
  • Dining tables are cleaned and placed keeping the recommended safe distance

 

Fitness Center:

  • Sanitizers are always available inside the Fitness Center
  • Machines are cleaned, sanitized and signages are installed on the machines.
  • Not all of the machines are working due to 2M social distancing between them.
  • Signages of social distancing are installed on the floor

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

Fitness Center: Open with social distancing
Shuttle: Operating on normal request with sanitizing 
Club Lounge: Open 
Room Service: Available with e-menu
Meetings and Events: Open with social distancing and face coverings required. 
In- house Laundry: Open with PPEs 

 

  • The property is providing sanitizers and face masks as part of the room amenities.
  • Masks are required inside the hotel.

Mosaic Restaurant: Open for All day dining from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM
Crystal Lounge: Open    
Pool: Open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM 
Khamsin Pool Bar: Open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
La Terrasse: Open 6:30 to 11:00 PM
Room Service: Available with e-menu
Outside catering: Available with social distancing enforced.
Moucha Island: Every Friday & Saturday 

 

  • Sanitizing and frequent cleaning is being applied inside the kitchens and outlets.
  • Food and Beverage service staff using PPEs properly.
  • Contactless Buffet implemented with chefs serving your food selections to you.  
  • Online menus are available through scanning the QR code available on the tables. 
  • Takeaway service is available through local apps and direct pickup from the hotel.
