Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits, seating capacities and elevator capacities. reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks.

No valet service is currently available for parking.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide daily housekeeping cleaning services and while you are away from the room

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open 06.00 - 21.00
  • Spa: Closed, until further notice
  • The Café, from 6 AM to 10 PM
    • The Café is open for Dine-in, Take away and Delivery
    • Cleanliness/health measures in food preparation has been taken

Domestic Flight Requirements:

 

Indonesian citizens are eligible to travel as long as a COVID-19 free result Health Certificate is presented. Additionally, travelers are required to provide specific documentation based on their category and destination upon traveling. Click Travel Restrictions to Indonesia for more detailed information.


For departures from regions that do not have a COVID-19 test facility, travelers may substitute it with a Health Certificate showing symptom-free influenza-like illnesses issued by a hospital/community health center doctor.

 

International Arrival Flight Requirements:

 

Outbound Indonesia: Travelers are advised to refer to each destination country's policy and information from the government, embassy, and related authority's website or IATA Travel Center here.
 

Inbound Indonesia: Foreign travelers are not allowed to enter or transit in Indonesia. Foreign travelers with an exemption to enter Indonesian territory, please refer to the Regulation of Indonesian Minister of Law and Human Rights No.11 of 2020. Health Certificate Validity


Based on COVID-19 Handling Acceleration Force letter, the acceptable period of Health Certificates based on COVID-19 test type results are as follows:

 

  • Health Certificate with a non-reactive Rapid test result is valid for a maximum of 14 days from the health facility issuance. Limited to passengers with flight destined to Biak, results are valid for a maximum of 7 days from the health facility issuance.
  • Health Certificate with a negative PCR/Swab test result is valid for a maximum of 14 days from the health facility issuance. Limited to passengers with International flights to Jakarta/Surabaya/Denpasar, the PCR/Swab test results are valid for a maximum of 7 days from the health facility issuance.

Here's some important information and instruction, when you choose The Mayflower - Jakarta, Marriott Executive Apartments for your mandatory 8 days quarantine to make your arrival a smooth process.

AT THE AIRPORT

 

  • The hotel airport representative will be stand by at the arrival hall after you exit from the arrival gate. Representative is wearing Batik shirt (traditional Indonesian wear) JW Marriott and The Ritz-Carlton hotel logo pins and look for The Mayflower - Jakarta, Marriott Executive Apartments paging boards
  • In case if you have difficulty in meeting with the airport representative on site, please visit Repatriation Hotel Committee Desk, which is located opposite side of the exit gate.
  • Airport representative will take your passport for hotel administration purpose. This is to prepare registration and self-isolation certificate. Once administration is completed, your passport will be returned to you within upon Check-out.

 

AT THE HOTEL

 

  • Upon your arrival, hotel reception staff will escort to your room directly for in room check in.
  • Please note that room key will not be issued during your stay, as you are not allowed to leave the unit with no exception.
  • Upon arrival, a quarantine bracelet will be handed to you as an identifier and we request you to wear it as soon as it's handed to you. Please wear it at all times during your self-isolation with us.

 

DURING SELF-ISOLATION

 

  • You will not be able to use the hotel facilities including gym, swimming pool etc. The facilities are available only after your clearance certification is completed.
  • Any outside delivery food and/or package are not allowed; this is including but not limited to Go-Food or Grab Food.
  • During self-isolation, room make up service is not provided however, additional bathroom amenities and linens are available for delivery. Please contact guest services by dialing ‘0' for delivery.
  • You will not allow receiving any guest in your apartment during your isolation period.
