Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing with revised seating capacities in our restaurants, fitness and spa areas in accordance to latest updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization and local health authorities regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19).
  • Our hotel's health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19. This includes handwashing hygiene, cleaning product specifications, as well as guest room and common area cleaning procedures.
  • As a precautionary matter, please note that we have implemented temperature screening for all associates, guests and visitors entering the hotel premises.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are available in high-traffic areas.
  • Partitions (sneeze guards) have been installed at front desks and food service counters.
  • Self-Parking recommended at this point of time, no valet service is currently available. Parking spaces available at LG Level and B1 Level.
  • Luggage assistance is available on request. All bags will be disinfected before being delivered to your room.
  • Face masks are required to be worn in hotel public areas.
  • We encourage the use of the Marriott Bonvoy App for a faster, contactless check-in. You will still be required to present an ID upon arrival. This will allow us to provide a Mobile Key for your stay after registration to access your room. Contact our At Your Service® team throughout your stay via the Mobile Chat option and upon check-out your invoice will be available to view directly in the app.


All of the precautions are subject to change with updated government guidance.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, as well as provided hand sanitizing stations in high traffic areas.
  • Housekeeping services: Have been revised to limit staff interactions and rooms will be serviced daily from 08.00 am to 04.00 pm. Daily service outside the stipulated time is subject to request through At Your Service® team.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g. face masks, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face mask.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

  • Literature including magazines, books has been removed from rooms
  • Coffee tea services & kettle - sanitized for your safety
  • Disinfectant wipes provided in rooms, face masks available on request

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services while you are away from the room. If you would like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly to take care of it.

We are reinforcing recommended measures on appropriate new heightened standard, food served individually by kitchen associates, sneeze guards installations, while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing which has the potential to result in queues at outlets. In addition, hotel restaurants (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and also recreation facilities (swimming pool & spa) usage require prior reservation.

 

  • Fitness Center: 24-hour access with guest key. Face masks are required and social distancing encouraged.
  • Spa: Closed until further notice.
  • Pool: Opening daily from 06.00 am to 06.00 pm. Note that furniture has been arranged to abide by social distancing regulations.
  • Housekeeping Service: 08.00 am to 04.00 pm. Daily service outside the stipulated time is subject to request through At Your Service® team
  • Business Center: Open 24 hours.
  • Club Lounge: Closed until further notice.

We have revised service across our Restaurants and Bars. Please check the website for the latest opening times. Digital menus are available in several areas (including in guest room). We also have replaced all paper menus with QR code information at each venue in order to minimize risks. We strongly recommend advance booking and use contactless payments or credit/debit card payments.

We are committed to make the services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

  • In Room Dining, open daily from 05.00 am to 11.00 pm (last order at 10.30 pm)

  • Single use cutleries, cups, water bottles, function rooms linen-less table setup
  • Enhanced Cleaning Protocols including but not limited to: disinfect all equipment setup before/after meeting, routine cleaning throughout day of high-touch areas
  • Offering a wide variety of hygienic F&B options tailored to group size, including bottled beverages, and plated service

Indonesian citizens are eligible to travel as long as a COVID-19 free result Health Certificate is presented. Additionally, travelers are required to provide specific documentation based on their category and destination upon traveling. Click Travel Restrictions to Indonesia for more detailed information.


For departures from regions that do not have a COVID-19 test facility, travelers may substitute it with a Health Certificate showing symptom-free influenza-like illnesses issued by a hospital/community health center doctor.

Outbound Indonesia: Travelers are advised to refer to each destination country's policy and information from the government, embassy, and related authority's website or IATA Travel Center here.
 

Inbound Indonesia: Foreign travelers are not allowed to enter or transit in Indonesia. Foreign travelers with an exemption to enter Indonesian territory, please refer to the Regulation of Indonesian Minister of Law and Human Rights No.11 of 2020. Health Certificate Validity


Based on COVID-19 Handling Acceleration Force letter, the acceptable period of Health Certificates based on COVID-19 test type results are as follows:

 

  • Health Certificate with a non-reactive Rapid test result is valid for a maximum of 14 days from the health facility issuance. Limited to passengers with flight destined to Biak, results are valid for a maximum of 7 days from the health facility issuance.
  • Health Certificate with a negative PCR/Swab test result is valid for a maximum of 14 days from the health facility issuance. Limited to passengers with International flights to Jakarta/Surabaya/Denpasar, the PCR/Swab test results are valid for a maximum of 7 days from the health facility issuance.
