Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Jaisalmer Marriott Resort & Spa has revived all its safety and hygiene measures to defeat COVID-19. All vehicles undergo stringent daily deep-cleaning protocols and Chauffeurs undergo regular temperature checks and wear mask and gloves. Guest luggage is sanitized with disinfectant. All guests undergo a mandatory contact-less temperature check. Guests are offered sanitizers and face masks as a part of hygiene protocol. Glass Partitions are installed at front desks as a precaution for our guests and associates.


Safe distancing is facilitated with the signage at the public areas (lobby, restaurants, fitness center, elevators).

Guests can also do check-in via our Marriott Bonvoy App. No valet service is currently available for parking.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Room cleaning and servicing is carried out only in the absence of in-room guests by trained housekeeping staff wearing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
  • High-touch surfaces and equipment in the room are sanitized on a frequent basis using hospital-grade disinfectants.
  • We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.


Room Amenities:

 

  • Physical collaterals have been replaced with digital communications accessible through a QR code.
  • All amenities and minibar consumables are available on requests.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open, Safe distancing is encouraged and fitness equipment are duly sanitized after every use.
  • Shuffle: A recreational area, Operating on normal schedule.
  • Spa & Salon: Closed until further notice.
  • Swimming Pool: Closed until further notice.
  • Crayons: Kids play area is operational and can be accessed with your room key.
  • Restaurant seating arrangements have been changed to maintain safe distancing.
  • All service associates wear face mask and gloves and adhere to stringent safety and hygiene norms.
  • Tables and chairs are duly sanitized after every use.
  • Contact-less ordering through e-menus and digital payment via online options is encouraged.
  • Buffet have been temporarily paused, ala carte service is being offered in all day dining restaurants.
  • Whilst assuring you of our best services and attention, we also wish to convey the following:
  • Jaisalmer Kitchen is open for Breakfast (7:30 AM to 10:30 AM) and Dinner (7:00 P.M. to 10:30 P.M).
  • In-room Dining is available 24 hours with ordering times between 7:30 A.M. to 10:30 P.M.
  • The Mithai Company our temporarily bar is operational from 2:00 P.M. to 10:30 P.M.
  • Wyra our rooftop restaurant, overlooking Jaisalmer Fort is temporarily shut till further notice.
