Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

  • Occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions in our restaurants and bars in compliance with local and state mandates.
  • Partitions installed at front desks and food & beverage service lines.

  • Pre-registration form and pre-arrival letter with service and reservations requests available for submission digitally prior the arrival.
  • Implemented the ‘Text your service', a WhatsApp chat available for our guests for any service request.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, dining outlets and public areas as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Associates will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes, face masks and hand sanitizers are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to arrival. In conformity with the health and safety standards imposed by the Greek government, we will not provide housekeeping every day during stay. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping or evening service, please let our front office team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that housekeeping service will be conducted only at guests' absence, while our associates have received a specialized training and use mandatory PPE.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open. Gym sanitization after each use and daily deep disinfection. Pre-booking required to avoid physical congestion.
  • Spa: Open. Reservations required. Minimum 15-minute gaps between sessions to allow deep cleaning and sanitization.
  • Shuttle: Not Operating.
  • Transfers: Only private transfers are available, respecting the maximum number of passengers allowed by the Greek governmental regulations.
  • Pool: Open. Increased water quality controls. Min distance of 6 feet or 2 meters between sun loungers. Regular disinfection of sunbeds, pool areas and equipment.
  • Modified operational practices for in-room dining, all food handlers trained on safe food preparation and service practices, and self- and independent audits in accordance with food safety standards as guidelines.
  • Restaurants and bars re-arranged for optimal physical distancing and a safe and intimate experience.
  • Digital menus in restaurants, bars and in-room dining and possibility for contactless payments
  • Reservations required to facilitate safe spacing. Enhanced à la carte options and in-room dining.

The architectural layout of our hotel is ideal for social distancing with ample spaces both public and private, abundant al fresco dining options, while all suites and villas dispose separate entrances. In addition, our spacious suites are all endowed with generous terraces and balconies disposing of a dining area, while many of them are crowned with private pools or jacuzzis.
Elaboration of a consolidated plan that includes a hotel-specific plan for cleaning, disinfection and transmission mitigation. All associates have been trained on COVID-19 safety and sanitation protocols, while we have made a partnership with certified auditors to perform regular audits on hygiene standards and procedures.
