Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

We have implemented several measures to ensure the safety of our guests as well as our associates:


  • A sanitation procedure at the hotel entrance.
  • Minimizing guest contact at the front desk by using Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Availability of hand sanitizers at the front desk and public areas
  • Closely work with health authorities on potential COVID-19 cases at the property and regular testing of our associates.
  • Accessible contactless menus (QR Code Menus) in our outlets 
  • Facilitating and encouraging cashless payments with Amex, Visa and MasterCard.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Electrostatic Spraying: We will be utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Associates will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Room Amenities such as In-room coffee makers and other items are replaced with fresh amenities as guests check out of the room.

Housekeeping is cleaning rooms with disinfectants with a focus on high touch areas.


We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, 


  • Fitness Center: Open: 6am - 10pm (24hrs for in-house guests)
  • Spa: Open: 9am - 8pm
  • Swimming Pool: Open: 6am - 6pm
  • Kids Activities: Open
  • Executive Lounge: Open from 8am to 8pm.
  • Room Service: Available 24hrs.

Iriba Bar and Terrace: Open everyday from 06:30am to 00:00am

Soko Restaurant: Open everyday 06:30am to 23:00pm

Cucina Restaurant: Open 7 days a week from 12:30 to 14:30pm and from 17:00pm to 23:00pm

Sarabi Pool Bar: Open every day from 11:00am to 20:00pm  

Room Service: Available 24-hours.


Executive Lounge: Open from 8am to 8pm.

  • Lounge Access: Lounge is open from 06:30am to 23:00pm. Eligible guests can enjoy soft drinks and snacks. Canapé Hour (Food and Drinks) for Marriott Bonvoy Elite members is served daily from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. Meeting room access for two hours is available upon request with set-up and hosting in line with government directives. Please note only Platinum Elite, Titanium Elite, and Ambassador Elite, and above levels have access.
  • Welcome Gift: Available for Platinum Elite, Titanium Elite and Ambassador Elite and above levels.
