Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We appreciate your support and understanding.
Thermometry services are provided for all guests of our Hotel. There are sanitizers in public areas, and there are markings to maintain social distance. There are protective barriers at the front desk, all employees use personal protective equipment.

To prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19, we have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection in guest areas, as well as in employee areas.


All employees use personal protective equipment (masks, gloves, etc.). The health of employees is monitored.



Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We strive to make the amenities and services at our hotel available to you by complying with policies and guidelines to reduce bandwidth in public areas and increase social distancing.

Our Hotel has introduced a special mode of operation for some services:

 

  • The aqua zone and the gym are open, visiting is possible only by appointment with a stay of no more than 2 hours in one family (one room) or in the number of no more than 4 people.
  • Room service is available from 7.30-21.00.
  • Restaurants are available to visit, taking into account the observance of social distance.
  • Summer "Terrace" is open from 12.00 to 0.00, to ensure the safety of our guests, the conditions of social distancing are met, all employees use personal protective equipment, sanitizers are installed on the territory.
  • Restaurant "Panorama" is open from 7.30 am to 11.00 am, to ensure the safety of our guests, the conditions of social distancing are observed, all employees use personal protective equipment, sanitizers and protective screens are installed on the territory.
