Now it's time to kick it up a notch. As part of Marriott International's family of brands, we have implemented a multi-pronged approach to meet the health and safety requirements of our "Commitment to Clean" standards.

We have further raised our already diligent cleaning standards and protocols, while making some tweaks to our services, amenities, and facilities available during your stay.

Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • We have implemented signage throughout the hotel reminding guests to maintain social distancing, and have Guest Relation Ambassadors (GRA's) stationed at high-volume areas of the hotel to emphasize this.
  • Our F&B venues have revised seating capacities.
  • We limit the number of guests in the pool and gym at one time, to practice social distancing.
  • Partitions have been installed at our front desk, concierge and buffet line, and hand sanitiser is available at public areas throughout.
  • All guests must take their temperature when entering the hotel or any of our F&B venues.
  • The use of face masks for employees and guests is mandatory, with face masks available at the front desk for purchase if needed.
  • We encourage the use of the Marriott Bonvoy app for faster, keyless check-in.
  • Luggage assistance is available upon request, with all bags being disinfected upon entering the hotel by our lobby GRA.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Re:charge: Open, face masks required at all times.
  • Dining Venues: Open, face masks required for entry.
