Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
There are signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates. Hotel guest and diners are also required to check-in on the local contact tracing app, MySejahtera upon arrival.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators. We have also set up hand sanitizing stations at our public areas.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Associates will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.

Guests are required to wear face mask.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services daily. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
MOTION Fitness Center: Open from 6 am to 10 pm. Please bring your room towels
OMBAK Swimming Pool: Open from 8 am to 7 pm.

TRACE Restaurant and Bar: TRACE Restaurant and Bar - 7 AM - 7.30 PM

  • Dining-in is allowed at TRACE while adhering to outlets' capacity and social distancing guidelines
  • Maximum of 4 diners per table.
