Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates. Hand Sanitizer are provided at high-traffic areas and the use of face mask is mandatory for all guests and employees.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and restaurants as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open daily with limited number of people at a time. Advance reservation at Gym counter are required.
  • Kiddies World: Temporary closed until further notice.
  • Executive Lounges: Open daily for room with executive access.
  • Swimming Pool: Temporary closed until 13 January 2022.

We will revise our service across the Restaurants and Bars from time to time once we are operate for Dine In and opening times in our website. Digital menus are available in all areas. We strongly recommend advance booking, use of contactless payments or credit/debit card payments.

 

  • Zest Lifestyle Restaurant is open. Daily buffet breakfast available from 6:30am to 10:00am. Lunch (Ala carte) from 12:00pm to 2:30pm, Buffet Dinner every Friday & Saturday from 6:30pm to 10:00pm and Hi Tea every Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday from 12:00pm to 4:00pm. Learn more here
  • Summer Palace Chinese Restaurant Temporary closed until further notice
  • Midori Japanese Restaurant is open for Lunch from 11:30am to 2:30pm and Dinner from 6:30pm to 10:00pm
  • D'Oracle Coffee Lounge is open from 7:00am to 10:00pm
  • Tuscany Italian Restaurant Temporary closed until further notice
  • In-room Dining 6.30am to 10pm (order closed at 9.30pm)

Our restaurant team abides by state and local guidelines, including the use of face masks and gloves. Guests are required to display a digital vaccination certificate prior to entering.

  • Single use cutlery, cups, water bottles/cans, function rooms linen-less table setup.
  • Enhanced Cleaning Protocols including but not limited to: disinfect all equipment setup before/after meeting, routine cleaning throughout day of high-touch areas.
  • Food will be pre-boxed/pre-packed with no self-service buffets.
  • Staggered arrivals, departures and breaks. Queuing may be required.
  • Our dedicated event planner will work with event organizers on the implementation of protocols and procedures specific of your event.
