Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signages are available throughout the hotel to remind all guests to maintain social distancing. In compliance with local mandate, the seating capacity in our restaurants, along with the maximum occupancy of Spa Village Kuala Lumpur and the fitness centre, have been reduced. Guests are also required to maintain social distancing of one-metre at all times.

Mobile check-in and service requests are available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning.

We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators paying special attention to areas with high touch points as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.


Enhanced Recreational Space Cleaning.

All treatment rooms in Spa Village Kuala Lumpur will undergo a complete disinfection after every treatment. All equipment in the fitness centre will be disinfected after every use and the fitness centre will undergo a complete disinfection every two hours.


Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Our Ladies and Gentlemen will wear PPE such as face coverings and gloves based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.


Electrostatic Spraying.

We are utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities
A set of sanitation kit which includes a face mask and disinfectant wipes are available in the room for elite members.

Housekeeping Service
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. The turndown service for all rooms will be temporarily suspended. Should you wish to not receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule the refresh service according to your preferences.



Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Gym: Open daily from 7am to 10pm. Reservations are required to use the facility as a limited number of guests are allowed at any one time and social distancing is to be strictly practiced.

Spa Village Kuala Lumpur: Open daily from 12pm to 8pm. Social distancing of one-metre separation between guests is to be maintained at all times. Reservations are required for all spa treatments.

Social distancing with a one-meter separation between guests is strictly practiced. A limited number of dining tables will be available daily and advance reservations are required. Hand sanitizing stations are available in all restaurants.
