Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Marriott International takes standards of hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and we are taking additional steps to ensure the safety of our guests and associates. Our hotel has been working on implementing enhanced hygiene and cleaning protocols, including using advanced disinfectants, supporting social distancing, and mandating our associates to wear face coverings. We continue to follow local guidelines concerning guests wearing face masks in our hotel.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout the hotel and in the guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, main lobby, restaurants and bars, gym, and provide more hand sanitizing dispensers.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We are utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Associates will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on the directions given by the local authorities. As per local law, guests are also obliged to wear personal face coverings.
  • Room Amenities: In-Room Dining and menus with a QR code information in order to reduce risks.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our hotel available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • WestinWORKOUT®: Open 24/7 for in-house guests except members, limited capacity of 50% and face masks are required before and after each gym activity.
  • Splash Pool: Open from 7AM-7PM, reservation required and limited capacity of 10 guests at one time. Guests are advised to take a shower before entering and after exiting the pool.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served at our all-day dining The Living Room. The pool bar is also open for snacks and refreshments. All of our venues and banquet spaces have been adapted to comply with the local laws and regulations and are limited to a fixed total capacity and 2 meter between tables. Our associates will serve buffets when available, and an À la carte menu is available. We also have replaced all paper menus with QR codes at each venue in order to minimize risks.

 

  • 6AM until 12 Midnight - The Living Room (120 diners)
  • 7AM until 7PM (Splash Pool) / 10AM until 8PM - Splash Restaurant and Bar (20 diners)
  • 6.30AM until 5PM (Weekdays) / 8AM until 5PM (Weekends) - 443 On The Go
  • 5PM until 12 Midnight - 443 Bar Lounge (18 diners)
