Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Disinfecting car and shuttle bus for the guests and implementing social distancing during transportation along with our drivers wearing all the required PPE.
  • Signage throughout our hotel facilities to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local health authorities' regulations, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.
  • Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to guest rooms via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app and QR Code.
  • For touchless contact all our restaurant and room service menus are viewed by a QR code.
  • Touchless sanitizing dispensers are being installed at hotel entrances, front desks, elevator banks, bathrooms, and meeting spaces.
  • We are encouraging touchless payment methods and credit card payment.
  • Guests rooms are not occupied for 24hrs until fully disinfected and sealed.
  • All associates are wearing the proper PPE including face masks, gloves and face shields and our culinary team is following a strict food safety management system based on HACCP system and Our Kitchens are equipped with ROX water system to make sure that it is sterilized for cooking and cleaning.
  • We have created barriers all around our hotels starting with front desk, Health Club, Banquet, and restaurants.
  • All room amenities are disinfected.
  • Using electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectant to sanitize surfaces throughout the hotel, the sprayers clean and disinfect guest rooms, lobbies, gyms, swimming pool, Elevators and other public areas. In addition, the hotel is using ultraviolet light technology for sanitizing keys for guests and devices shared by guests.
  • Placing disinfecting wipes, sanitizers and masks in the guest rooms, Restaurants and guest local areas.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
