Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our lobby in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

No elevators or hallways gives you apartment style living. This means you can go straight to your room without being enclosed in small areas.

Mobile check-in, and service requests delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and public spaces as well as providing more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings indoors and when within 6' (2m) of other people.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. These modifications may change on short notice due to regulations set by federal, state, or local authorities. We advise you call the hotel 24-48 hours prior to arrival to inquire about current conditions.

The current modifications we have made include:
  • Breakfast: Open for Custom Grab and Go.
  • Housekeeping service every 7 days. Towels and trash removed upon request.
  • Fitness Center: Open. Maximum capacity 2 people at a time.
  • Pool: Open. Maximum Capacity 20.
  • Spa/Whirlpools: Closed per San Diego County Health.
  • Shuttle: Not in service.
  • Residence Inn Mix: Not in service.

In San Diego:
  • Beaches: Open
  • Golf: Open, social distancing required.
  • Restaurants: Open, limited seating inside and outside
We are currently offering a complimentary limited Grab and Go Breakfast. Our attendants will "build a bag" of items you select. Coffee and juice are included.

Coffee and tea is also offered in our lobby 24 hours per day.
Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative. Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:
 
  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room
