Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
  • Upon entering the resort all guests will pass through thermal scanning to check for an elevated body temperature. Individuals exhibiting an elevated body temperature will be asked to step aside for secondary screening using an infrared thermometer.
  • Signage throughout our resort to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.
  • Mobile check-in and service requests delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Valet service is available for parking.
  • The resort has partnered with Intermountain Healthcare to provide medical services for hotel guests who are feeling unwell. Guests can contact the front desk to immediately connect with a doctor.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We do not currently offer room service during the guest stay. Mobile guest requests are available (i.e. towel and bathroom amenities).

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open from 6AM - 2PM (closed 10AM - 11AM).
  • Spa: Temporarily closed.
  • Pool: Closed for the season. Reopen date March 2021.
  • Golf: Is available. Please contact TPC Las Vegas to book.
  • Shuttle: Currently not running.
  • Bar / Lounges: Currently not open, however restaurant lounges and patios are currently open for cocktail service.

Hawthorn Grill:

  • 7 days, 4PM - 6PM, Happy Hour
  • 7 days, 5PM - Close* Dinner
  • Operating at 25% seating capacity to allow for social distancing.
  • Dine-in and take-out available

*Based on business volume we may close as early as 8 pm


Earl Grey Café:

  • 24 hours
  • Operating at 25% seating capacity to allow for social distancing.
  • Dine-in and take-out available

Jade Asian Kitchen:
