The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants & outdoor space in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desk.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

Valet Service is available at $56 +tax per night.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and public space as well as additional hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying. We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities:
 Coffee and additional amenities are available through contactless delivery. Disinfectant wipes are available upon request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

In compliance with local government mandate, proof of vaccination is now required in Los Angeles County for indoor dining (including M-Club), gym facilities and all meeting space.  We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations which require the use of face coverings while in public spaces, reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Fitness Center: Open 24/7 (proof of vaccine required for use per local government regulations).
  • Pool: As of January 29, 2021, Los Angeles County Public Health officials have allowed for the reopening of outdoor pools with decreased capacity. Pool open 8am-10pm and guest room key is required for access.
  • Airport Shuttle: Operating 24/7 at 20 minute intervals. Enhanced cleaning protocols are in place with social distancing & required use of PPE for all passengers.
  • M Club: Open 6:30am - 10:30am (proof of vaccine required for use per local government regulations).
  • Gift Shop: Open 7:30am - 10:30pm.
  • FedEx Office: Open Monday-Friday 9am-6pm.
  • Hair Salon: Open by appointment only. Hours may vary, please contact the hotel directly.
  • Hertz Rental: Open. Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Please note: Due to local government regulations, Los Angeles County now requires proof of vaccination for dine-in at all restaurants. We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations which require the use of face coverings while in public spaces, reduced capacity in public spaces to reinforce social distancing, and compliance with all Marriott and industry food safety protocols. The modifications we have made include:


  • Starbucks: Open daily 5:00am-5:00pm. Full Service Starbucks offering ready to drink alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Social Market & Eatery: Open daily for in-door dining serving Breakfast and Dinner.
    • Breakfast, 6:00am - 10:30am
    • Dinner 5:00pm - 10:00pm
  • Hangar 18: 11:30am - 12:00am
  • JW Steakhouse: Open daily for in-door dining from 5pm - 10pm
  • Fresh Bites: In-room dining open daily
    • 6:00am - 10:30am
    • 11:30am - midnight
