Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants & outdoor space in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desk.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

No valet service is currently available for parking.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and public space as well as additional hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying. We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities:
In-room coffee is currently not available in the guest rooms. Coffee and additional amenities are available through contactless delivery. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations which require the use of face coverings while in public spaces, reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: As of November 9, 2020, Los Angeles County Public Health officials have ordered the closure of indoor activities, such as the fitness center.

Pool: Open 8am-10pm. Pool & patio areas are reserved for hotel guests. Per Los Angeles County of Public Health protocols, pool occupancy has decreased by 50%. Guest Room Key access required.

Airport Shuttle: Operating on normal schedule, 24/7 every 20 minutes. Enhanced cleaning protocols are in place with proper signage for social distancing & required use of PPE for all passengers.

M Club: Closed. Alternative offerings are available for eligible Marriott Bonvoy Members.

Gift Shop: Closed. Front Desk pantry is currently available 24/7 offering sundries and select F&B items.

FedEx Office: Open Monday-Friday 10am-5pm.

Hair Salon: Open by appointment only. Hours may vary, please contact the hotel directly.

Hertz Rental: Open. Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations which require the use of face coverings while in public spaces, reduced capacity in public spaces to reinforce social distancing, and compliance with all Marriott and industry food safety protocols.

As of July 1, 2020, Los Angeles County Public Health officials ordered the closure of indoor dining. All food & beverage must be consumed in your guest room or you can enjoy your meal at our outdoor pool patio.
The modifications we have made include:

Starbucks: Open daily 5:00am-5:00pm. Full Service Starbucks offering ready to drink alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Social Market & Eatery: Open daily. Takeout is available daily for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Breakfast, 6:00am - 10:00am; Dinner, 5:00pm - 10:00pm.

Hangar 18: Closed.

JW Steakhouse: Closed. As of 11/25, Los Angeles Public Health Officials have ordered the closure of outdoor dining.

Mobile Dining: Offered daily 11:30am - 8:00pm; Guests are able to order food and drinks from the convenience of their smartphone via QR code for poolside patio delivery.

Fresh Bites: Currently Unavailable. Takeout is available daily at Social Market & Eatery for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.

  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room

  • Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the app.

  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
