The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.

Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

 

  • Mobile check-in and key available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

 

  • Service requests and room service orders delivered right to your door via contactless Knock & Drop.

 

  • Valet service is currently available for parking in compliance with local and state mandates.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms as follows.

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning:
We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are also required to wear personal face coverings when outside of their guest rooms.

Electrostatic Spraying:
We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities:
In-room coffee makers are currently available as are mini refrigerators and in room safes.
Disinfectant wipes, masks and individual hand sanitizers are available for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Housekeeping Service:
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will only enter your guest room for cleaning upon request. The room must be unoccupied for a minimum of three (3) hours. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: 6am to 7:30pm - Due to capacity limitations, guests can schedule time through the front desk at check-in.

 

  • Spa: Currently not available per local and state mandates

 

  • Pool: Open from 10:00am-8:00pm daily with access in compliance of local and state mandates. Guests may schedule pool access upon check-in.

 

  • Lounges: Alcoholic beverages and Food may be purchased at CafeNOW and Lobby Court.

 

  • Gift Shop: Open from 12:00pm-10:00pm daily

 

  • Hair Salon: Open and available by appointment.
  • Modified operational practices for in-room dining via Knock & Drop contactless delivery is available.

 

  • CafeNOW is available from 6am to 10pm on weekdays and 6am to 11pm on weekends. Currently LA Prime, Bonavista Lounge and Lakeview Bistro are closed.

 

  • No self-service buffets are available per local and state mandates.

 

  • We have four (4) restaurants available for takeaway or indoor dining and one (1) additional restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining. These venues will have limited and varied hours of operation.

 

  • All food handlers are trained on safe food preparation and service practices, and self and independent audits are conducted in accordance with food safety standards as guidelines.
