Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Consistent with the most recent CDC guidance, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law. We ask that unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our pool area and restaurants which are in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators, as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.The hotel has increased the outside air flow in all public spaces.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are highly encouraged to wear personal face coverings and to adhere to current local and state mandates.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request. Each room has its own dedicated HVAC system.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. Current Policy: Unvaccinated guests are required to wear masks.  For fully vaccinated guests, masks are optional.

The modifications we have made include:


Fitness Center: 24 hour access with room key.  Above mask policy applies.

Pool & Whirlpool: Open, normal operating hours.

  • 6am - 11pm

Shuttle: Operating daily, guests required to wear a mask.

  • To and From John Wayne Airport (SNA)
  • Hours: 5am - 11:15pm 
  • From the airport:  every 15 minutes after the hour and 45 minutes after the hour
  • From the hotel:  every hour and 30 minute after the hour

Floe Outdoor Lounge: Open
Starbucks: Open
In Room Dining: Open normal operating hours.

M-Club: Currently closed.

 

Floe Bar, Lounge & Patio: Open daily 4pm -11pm
