The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
  • Extensive signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, wear face masks, wash hands, floor signage to promote social distancing where groups of people may congregate.
  • Seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, as well as both of the hotel's restaurants offer outdoor seating.
  • Maximum occupancies and social distancing protocols in place at hotel pool.
  • Partitions installed at front desk, concierge desk and hostess stands.
  • Sanitization stations have been installed throughout the hotel.
  • Rigorous cleaning protocols in place in all public space. as well as back of the house.
  • Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and grab & go food options available.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have instituted several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Sanitization Stations: We have installed sanitization stations throughout the hotel in both public space, as well as back of the house.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Signage throughout the hotel notifying guests to wear personal face coverings, maintain social distancing and proper handwashing.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: All high-touch in-room items (coffee makers, hair dryers, irons, hangers) have been removed from guestrooms, however are available upon request and are delivered in closed & sanitized bags. Face masks & disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Fitness Center: Temporarily Closed.
  • Spa: Temporarily Closed.
  • Beach: Open.
  • Bikes & Beach Equipment: Available to All Guests.
  • Lounges & Restaurants: Outside Seating is Open, face masks required for entry.
  • Cézanne Restaurant: Temporarily Closed Due to State Regulations
  • Le Troquet: Temporarily Closed Due to State Regulations
  • Grab & Go Menu Options: Available 24-hours a day.
