Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to keep face masks on in all public areas and maintain social distancing in compliance with local and state mandates.

Partitions have been installed at the front desks.

Restaurant staff follow all guidelines in accordance with L.A County Health Department including limited seating to allow for additional space between guests; wearing face shield; and offering both digital and disposable one time use menus.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In Room Dining menus are accessible via your in-room TV. All food and beverages are delivered using one time use packaging.

In compliance with California State Law we have removed the mini bar offerings from your room; we have provided a menu and will accommodate your minibar needs upon request.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests must wear personal face coverings while in public areas per California guidelines; face coverings are available upon request.

Room Amenities:
  • In compliance with California State Law we have removed the mini bar offerings from your room; we have provided a menu and will accommodate your minibar needs upon request.
  • All printed menus have been removed from guestrooms. Menus can be viewed digitally via the in-room TV.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.
Fitness Center: closed until further notice
Spa: Private poolside services are available upon request; spa facility is closed until further notice
Pool: Open, social distancing required; face masks required when making orders at the walk-up bar
Terrace Dining Room: Open, face masks required for entry.
Guest-floor ice machine station: closed until further notice; ice buckets are available upon request via the front desk.
Rooftop Lounge is currently open from sunrise to sunset. Food and beverage service is available at the bar on Saturday-Sunday, from 1pm-7pm. Guests must maintain social distance while in queue for the bar and face masks are required while in line.

Terrace Dining Room is open for dinner daily, 6pm-9pm. The open air space features spaced out seating options, digital as well as disposable menus, and face masks are required for entry. Common areas deep cleaned daily and surfaces sanitized between seatings. Staff wear face coverings including face shields and sanitizers are provided to guests upon request. Pick up orders can be place via the Marriott Mobile app.

In Room Dining is available 34/7 with a limited grab and go menu of cold items beginning at 9:30pm until 7am. All items are served in disposable containers and are brought up by staff wearing proper PPE. Contactless menus are available via in-room TV. Orders can be place via the Marriott Mobile app.

Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative. Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

 
  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room
  • Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
