Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. At Sheraton Gateway Los Angeles, there is nothing more important than the safety and wellbeing of our guests and associates. That's why considering the current global coronavirus (COVID-19), we've increased our cleaning protocols both in-room and around property. We're maintaining our constant observation of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization's statements regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19), and will continue to provide up-to-date information of all news regarding this matter. We assure you that our commitment to providing a safe and trustworthy hotel experience remains the highest of our priorities.

Signage throughout our hotel has been strategically placed to remind guests to maintain social distancing, wear occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desk. Masks are mandatory in all public spaces throughout our hotel.

Service requests are delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

No valet service is currently available for parking. Self Parking is available.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include but are not limited to:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members are required to wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. All guests are required to wear personal face coverings.

 

Electrostatic Sprayers: We are currently utilizing electrostatic sprayers in all public areas of the hotel to sanitize and eradicate any potential virus on surfaces or open spaces.

Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request



Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include but are not limited to:

Airport Shuttle: Operating on Normal Schedule, every 15 minutes to/from LAX

Costero Grab & Go: Open from 5:30pm to 10pm daily
Raid the Refrigerator Option: Open 24 hours at front desk daily
Brasserie Restaurant: Closed
Costero Bar & Grill: Open for Grab & Go with outdoor dining from 5:30pm to 10pm daily
Club Lounge: Closed
Room Service: Closed
Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:
 
  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
