Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
The hotel follows strict social distancing guidelines. Upon entering the hotel, social distancing floor stickers can be seen all throughout the hotel. The restaurant seating is limited to outdoors only. Plexiglass is installed at the front desk as well as the restaurant order station. Mobile check in is available, amenities are brought up upon guest's request.
Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: Our Housekeeping staff regularly cleans the lobby with the ECO Lab Peroxide Multi Surface Cleaner and disinfectant solution as well as frequently visited public spaces such as the public restrooms and elevators. The hotel also uses the electrostatic sprayer to disinfect public spaces and guest rooms. There are hand sanitizers displayed throughout the hotel.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members wear gloves and face masks. Guests are required to wear face masks inside the hotel.

Room Amenities: The TV remote controls are covered with a plastic bag and are replaced after each guest. Hand sanitizer available in guest rooms. Rooms are not entered by housekeeping while the guest is staying in the room. Amenities can be delivered at no contact.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
The Glenmark is committed to making the amenities available to our guests while also complying with local regulations and the health department. The modifications we have made are:

Fitness center: Face mask is required on at all times
Restaurant: Outdoor seating permitted, guests must have a face mask on the entire time unless they are eating or drinking
Olia Restaurant: Only outdoor seating is allowed. Face mask is required to be on unless eating or drinking.
Food from the restaurant can be delivered to the room with no contact delivery. Social distancing guidelines are followed.
Mila Rooftop is open with social distancing guidelines. Face mask is required to be on unless eating or drinking.
