Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

Valet service is currently available with cleaning and disinfecting protocols for when our Valet Attendants enter and exit guests vehicles along with UV sanitizing of guest's car keys.

 

  • Floor decals/stickers placed in queuing areas to denote safe distances for waiting; Front Desk, time clocks, elevators, Fresh Bites Pick up locations.
  • Re-arranged lobby & Patio furniture to adhere to proper social distancing.
  • Removed 50% of pool and lounge furniture to allow for proper social distancing. Markers placed under Lawn Chairs to denote proper locations.
  • Front Desk area has touchless hand sanitizing dispensers for guest to use.
  • Guest elevators lobby landing has touchless hand sanitizing dispenser and sanitizing wipes for guest use.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in all indoor public spaces.

Electrostatic Spraying. We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
  • Fitness Center: Currently closed due to state mandate of closure of gyms and fitness centers.
  • Fresh Bites pickup and/or outside the door drops have been implemented for contactless F&B service.
  • 7 days per week, Breakfast 6:30 - 10:30am and Dinner 4:00-9:00pm.
  • Mobile dining/ordering is available through QR code.
  • No signing of guest checks.
  • Sustainable, sealed packaging of food, utensils, cups are being used.
  • Hand Sanitizer stations are in display in high traffic areas.
