The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.
  • Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our outlets and pool in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.
  • Mobile key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the chat feature in the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All talent members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are also required to wear personal face coverings in all public space on property, indoor and out.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: The signature W Mix Bar and in-room coffee makers are not currently available in room. W Mix Bar items are available for purchase from the Welcome Desk and coffee can be delivered from In Room Dining during available hours.
  • At Your Service: For your safety and ours, guest rooms will only be serviced on the third day of your stay. If additional sheets or towels are required please call Whatever/Whenever.
