Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing and wearing face coverings whenever you're in indoor public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.
  • Hand sanitiser stations are now positioned throughout the Hotel. A face mask policy is in operation throughout all public areas of the Hotel and we would ask that you follow this accordingly and maintain a safe distance at all times.
  • Cast Iron Grill: We are offering a reduced Breakfast menu in Cast Iron Grill. Breakfast is available Monday to Friday 7.00am to 10.00am and Saturday & Sunday 7.00am to 11.00am. A reservation system is in place for Breakfast and we would kindly ask that you reserve your time at check in. Cast Iron Grill will not be serving Lunch or Dinner at this time.
  • Mobile check-in and key plus service requests are available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Payments: We do request that you settle your account by credit or debit card where at all possible. We accept all major credit cards.
  • Guest Bedrooms: Every guest bedroom and bathroom will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised prior to your check in. If you are staying with us for three nights or less, we will not service your room during your stay. Should you require additional amenities please dial '0' and we will take care of this for you.
  • Fitness Suite: This will remain closed for the time being.
  • Executive Lounge: Due to government guidance on social distancing, our Executive Lounge will remain closed at this time.
  • No valet service is currently available for parking.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

The hotel is currently closed and will re-open on the 17th May 2021.

The food and beverage outlets will re-open on the 17th May 2021.

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out. Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed. 
  • Mobile Key. Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
  • Mobile Dining. Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests. Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
