The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.
We've reimagined the arrival experience to ensure you can come and go with peace of mind. From the moment you check in at New York LaGuardia Airport Marriott, you'll find a fun and relaxing atmosphere that takes cleanliness into account without compromising on experience.

We have placed signage throughout our hotel and placed floor markers to remind guests to maintain social distancing. Additionally, we have modified the placement of furniture to support our Social Distancing protocol and we ask all guests to leave a minimum of 6 feet of distance between one another for their protection and the protection of others. Hand Sanitizer stations are available throughout the property.

Mobile check-in and check-out are available via the Marriott Bonvoy mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and door handles as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations. Shared stationery (e.g.printed menus, magazines, pens, paper) have been removed.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. *Guests and staff members are required to wear personal face coverings in public spaces to help slow the spread of COVID-19.

Room Amenities: Rigorous cleaning and sanitizing protocols will be used to clean guest rooms following checkout. Use of cleaning chemicals that are effective against Coronavirus will be used; there is a minimum 24-hour minimum vacancy between guests required, and linens, towels and laundry are washed in high temperature wash, in accordance with local authority guidelines. Individually wrapped toiletries are provided.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Open daily from 5AM-10PM, masks required at all times. Please respect social distancing requirements.
Ditmars Bar & Grill: Beverages and Grab n' Go available only. Hours; 7:00am - 12 Noon; 4:30pm - midnight.
Room Service: Currently unavailable.
Airport Shuttle: Operates 24/7 on demand. For instructions for pickup or more details please call: 718-565-8900.
