Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our hotel will remind guests to maintain social distancing with revised seating capacities in our restaurants, fitness and spa areas in accordance with the Malaysian government guidance.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are available in high-traffic areas.
  • Self-Parking recommended, valet service available on request.
  • Luggage assistance is available on request. 
  • Resort activity brochures and information can be obtained by scanning the Resort Information QR code available at the Front Desk.
  • As per local law guests are also obliged to wear personal face masks in resort public areas. In accordance to the local law, guests will also go through a temperature scan upon entering the resort as well once a day during breakfast. Guest will also have to check-in on the local contact tracing app, MySejahtera upon arrival.
  • To minimize contact, all items such as passport and car key will be returned to guest using a tray after sanitization.
  • For the safety of our associates, a check-out box will be provided to receive room key cards and key card holders upon checkout.
  • E-folio will be provided to guest upon departure.

All of the precautions are subject to change with updated government guidance.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as provided hand sanitizing stations in high traffic areas.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g. face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. All vendors and employees entering the building are also getting temperature checks.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities:


  • Literature including books and magazines has been removed from rooms.
  • A Resort Information QR code is available in the room should guests wish to browse for resort activities.
  • Information on resort activities as well as in-room dining menu is also available on your in-room TV.
  • All room features and amenities, including coffee machine, kettle and minibar - Sanitised for your safety.
  • Face masks and hand sanitizer are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
  • Any items or amenities requested will be sent to guest with a tray to minimize physical contact.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Fitness Center: Open, 7am to 9pm daily. Reduced capacity and advance booking is required. Time limit may be in place at peak times to enable enhanced cleaning protocols.
  • Swimming Pool: Open, reduced capacity to a maximum of 24 guests, social distancing must be observed.
  • Spa: Open, advance booking required. Limited to 60 minutes treatments only.
  • Beach: Open, social distancing must be observed.
  • Young Explorers' Club (Kids Club): Closed until further notice.

To maintain social distancing, seating capacities in our restaurants have been revised and reduce. We highly encourage advance reservation to ensure a seamless dining experience. Digital menus are available in all areas by scanning the QR code provided. Sanitized physical menus also available upon request.

In-room dining is available 24 hours. Menus can be found on the TV.

  • Social distancing measure of more than one meter which may include one-way system, space capacity limits in public areas (e.g. restrooms, lifts).
  • Hand sanitizer stations in public areas and event spaces. Face masks are available on request for all guests.
  • Enhanced Cleaning Protocols including but not limited to: disinfect all equipment setup before/after meeting, routine cleaning throughout day of high-touch areas
  • Staggered arrivals, departures and breaks. Queuing may be required
  • With accordance to local law, all delegates will be required to check-in on the local contact tracing app, MySejahtera upon arrival. Delegates will also go through a temperature scan upon entering the resort as well once a day during breakfast.
  • Face masks are required to be worn at all times as per local law.
  • Our dedicated event planner will work with event organisers on the implementation of protocols and procedures specific of your event.
