Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.
  • No valet service is currently available for parking.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
  • Housekeeping Service: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive housekeeping refresh service on alternate day, please let us know. We will be happy to make a schedule service according to your preferences.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Swimming Pool: Open from 7am - 8pm

  • Infinity pool - maximum 20 pax
  • Rock pool - maximum 15 pax
  • Kids pool -maximum 10 pax  

WestinWORKOUT Fitness Centre: Open from 6am - 10pm,  max 10 pax at one time.

Heavenly Spa by Westin:

  • Open from 9am - 9pm
  • Reservation required
  • Proper PPE wear by spa therapist during treatment such as face shield, face mask and hand gloves
  • Guest is advice to take shower first before we proceed for the treatment

Beach: Open

Westin Family Kids Club: Open from 9am - 7pm

Jacuzzi and Sauna: Open from 6am - 10pm

  • Limit for 3 person

Breakfast timing will remain unchanged however we have enhanced the offering and as a safety measure, acrylic protection has been added to the buffet.

For the Health and Safety of our associates & guests, the following precautions may be in place during your event:


  • Setup will be done in accordance to social distancing guidelines.
  • Temperature checks will be conducted for all attendees.
  • Hand sanitizer stations in public areas, event spaces and face coverings available on request for all guests.
  • Enhanced Cleaning Protocols including but not limited to: disinfect all equipment setup before/after meeting, routine cleaning throughout day of high-touch areas.
  • All meeting rooms to be sanitized each night by using electrostatic sprayer technology.
  • Staggered arrivals, departures and breaks. Queuing may be required.
  • Group lead contact details will be kept with our safety and security team for 21 days to support government contact tracing initiative.


Our dedicated event planner will work with event organizers on the implementation of protocols and procedures specific of your event.
