Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available from reception for every arriving guest as well as upon request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.

 

  • Fitness Centre: Open, but permitting only a maximum of 6 people at one time, as per government guidance on social distancing. It is advisable to reserve your preferred time slot at Reception.
  • Hotel Hoppa Shuttle: Currently not operating.
  • Hotel E-shuttle Service: If you are flying into Heathrow, why not pre-book a private, electric transfer in one of WeKnow's Jaguar I-PACE cars. Travel with peace of mind knowing that all of their vehicles are fully sanitised before each journey. Your driver will meet you at the WeKnowLondon Welcome Desk in Arrivals before bringing you safely and comfortably to the Sheraton Heathrow Hotel.   •  Breakfast is served daily in The Orchard Restaurant from 7.00am - 10.00am.
  • Our Lobby bar is open from 5.00pm to 10.00pm serving a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as freshly baked pizzas from our stone-fired oven. Come and relax in the heart of our hotel!
  • We also offer a range of Grab & Enjoy snacks all day, available through Reception.
