Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing and wearing face coverings whenever you're in indoor public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Mandatory at check-in and for restaurant visits: a PCR-test (not older than 72 hours) or an Antigen-test (not older than 24 hours) is mandatory to check-in and to enter the gastronomic establishments. 22 days after the first vaccination or by showing a medical confirmation of a COVID-19 recovery within the last six months a test is no longer required.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

We know how important meals are to a great hotel experience. Our restaurants are open at the following times:


Breakfast: Monday - Friday 6.30 until 9.00am, Saturday & Sunday 7.00 until 10.00am.

Dinner: Monday - Thursday 5.00pm until 10.00pm

Our Policies:

  • Hygiene guidelines are redefined and monitored by our Marriott Cleanliness Council.
  • Customized set ups that align with social distancing requirements in meeting rooms and restaurant.
  • Meeting rooms are disinfected after each meeting using electro static sprayers.
  • Coffee breaks with individually portioned snacks.
  • Hand sanitizers in all public areas, restrooms and in front of each meeting room.
  • All public areas are disinfected every 2 hours.
  • Our employees are tested weekly on Sars-CoV-2 and using a FFP2 face mask.
  • Every night all public and conference areas are disinfected with an electro static sprayer.
  • We only use cleaning and sanitizing products which are disinfectant.
  • Signage highlighting physical distancing practices and the use of a FFP2 face mask.
  • Contactless check-in and check-out and mobile key with the Marriott Bonvoy App on your smart phone.
