Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing and wearing face coverings whenever you're in indoor public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Partitions installed at front desks.
  • Mobile check-in and key, service requests via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Room service operated on call and contactless collection basis.
  • Face masks and disposable gloves provided on request.
  • Hotel cleans and sanitizes public areas and publicly accessible facilities every two hours or more if necessary.
  • We do offer a valet service with restricted hours.
  • Executive Lounge is open 24 hours. Hors d'oeuvre served between 5:30pm - 7:30pm. Drinks served 5:30pm - 8:30pm.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (face coverings, gloves, etc) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Masks are recommended as per UK Government guidelines.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request. All in-room magazines and menus including room service and restaurants have been removed and replaced with QR codes.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Centre: Open from 6:00am - 9:00pm. Face masks required except during exercise.
  • Swimming Pool:
    • Open from 6:00am - 9:00pm.
    • Children hours: 8:00am - 6:00pm.
    • Capacities reduced: Advanced booking required.
  • Executive Lounge: Open 24 hours. hors d'oeuvre available from 5:30pm - 7:30pm. Drinks from 5:30pm - 8:30pm.

Gillray's Steakhouse & Bar:

  • 7am - 10pm (last order)
  • Bar open 7am - 11pm

 

In Room Dining:

  • Breakfast available from 7:00am - 11:00am daily.
  • All Day Menu available from 12:00pm - 10:00pm daily.
  • Grab and Go breakfast available.
  • Mobile menu available.
  • Room service will be from 7am until 11am and 12pm until 10pm
