Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility.   • Signage throughout the hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing
  • Occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions in our restaurants and bar in compliance with local and national mandates.
  • Screens installed at front desk and one way systmes introduced.
  • Mobile check-in, mobile key and service requests via Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Face masks and disposable gloves provided on request.
  • Hotel cleans and sanitizes public areas and publicly accessible facilities every two hours or more if necessary.
  • No valet service is currently available for parking.


Please note that wearing a face covering is required by law for all guests and staff in the public areas of the hotel.

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators as well as providing auromatic touchless hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (face coverings, gloves, etc) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
  • All in-room magazines, menus including room service and restaurants have been removed and replaced with QR codes.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

  • Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay: Open Monday 12:00pm - 10:30pm, Tuesday - Saturday 12:00pm - 10:45pm. Closed Sunday.
  • Luggage Room Bar: Opens 21st January 2022: Open Wednesday - Saturday from 5:00pm - 01:00am
  • In-Room Dining: Available 6:30am - 10:30pm.
