Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing and wearing face coverings whenever you're in indoor public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage placed throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local mandates and Government guidance, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines. Mobile sanitizer stations also placed in all public areas and lifts.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, public areas and elevators, and also provided hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are advised to wear personal face coverings in line with local Government guidance.

Electrostatic Spraying: We shall be utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

Please note, the hotel will reopen from 2nd December following the latest UK government guidance.


We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations.

We have revised service across our Restaurants and Bars so check the website for the latest opening times.


Digital menu's are available in all areas (single use physical menu's also available). We strongly recommend advance booking, and contactless payments using credit/debit card payments. We are not accepting cash payments.

  • Palm Court Restaurant:
    • Breakfast 6.30am to 11am Monday to Friday and 7am to 11am on weekends
    • All day dining from 12pm to 11pm Monday to Sunday
    • Afternoon Tea: 2pm - 6pm Monday - Sunday
  • Smith & Whistle: All day dining 12pm to 23pm Monday to Sunday
  • Mercante: Opening 6thAugust Friday to Sunday

MEETINGS & EVENTS
For the Health and Safety of our Associates & Customers, the following precautions may be in place during your event:
  • Social distancing measure of more than one meter which may include one-way system, space capacity limits in public areas (e.g. restrooms, lifts)
  • Hand sanitiser stations in public areas, event spaces and face coverings available on request for all guests
  • Enhanced Cleaning Protocols including but not limited to: disinfect all equipment setup before/after meeting, routine cleaning throughout day of high-touch areas
  • Group lead contact details will be kept with our safety and security team for 21 days to support government contact tracing initiative
  • Our dedicated event planner will work with event organisers on the implementation of protocols and procedures specific of your event.


BUSINESS EVENTS

  • From 2nd December, our event spaces will be operating at 50% capacity in line with UK government guidance.
  • Social distancing measure will be in place which may include one-way system, space capacity limits in public areas (e.g. restrooms, lifts) and queuing protocols
  • Face masks should be worn when social distancing cannot be maintained
  • Hand sanitiser stations in public areas, event spaces and face coverings available on request for all guests
  • Enhanced Cleaning Protocols including but not limited to: disinfect all equipment setup before/after meeting, routine cleaning throughout day of high-touch areas
  • Group lead contact details will be kept with our safety and security team for 21 days to support government contact tracing initiative
