Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing and wearing face coverings whenever you're in indoor public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Maintaining safe social distance is one of the most important measures we can all take to reduce unnecessary personal contact.Signage throughout our hotel will remind guests to maintain social distancing throughout their stay in all public areas and , occupancy limits will be in place in guest elevators and our Fitness Centre in compliance with UK Government guidance. The following measures have also been implemented:


  • Hand sanitiser stations are available in high-traffic areas.
  • Partitions have been installed at the Reception and Concierge desks.
  • Self-Parking recommended in public carpark beneath the hotel. Valet service is available on request.
  • Luggage assistance is available on request. Bagage handles will be disinfected before being delivered to your room.
  • Face coverings are required to be worn in all hotel public areas.

Marriott Bonvoy members can use the Marriott Bonvoy App to take advantage of contactless options, including:


  • Mobile Check-In: Reduce the amount of time required to complete check-in formalities by using Mobile Check-in and asking any question you have in advance. Please note push notifications must be enabled for receiving the "Room is Ready Notification".
  • Mobile Check Out: Check out via the Mobile App and skip the desk where applicable by local legislation. You will receive a digital copy of your invoice by email.
  • Benefit from a contactless experience by requesting Mobile Key. Your phone is your key.
  • Mobile Chat: Communicate with us from anywhere at any time. Mobile chat is available from up to 48h hours before the day of arrival until 24 hours after your departure.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the App to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations. Furthermore we will be conducting anti-bacterial spraying during the night between 3am-4am to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in all public areas of the hotel.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Your room will be thoroughly cleaned with anti- bacterial products prior to your arrival and every day of your stay unless you choose not to receive service. Please note that service can only be provided when you are away from your room. 
  • Please note that if you are in self-quarantine no housekeeping service will be provided during this period - fresh linen, towels and other items will be delivered to your door.


Room Amenities:


  • Minibars - Sanitised and emptied. A Minibar menu is available and items can be ordered through In Room Dining.
  • Tea & Coffee making facilities are sanitised and available for guest use
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room upon arrival and face masks are available upon request.
  • Literature including Magazines and Books have been removed from rooms and now offer e-access via QR codes to various newspapers and magazines.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Fitness Center: Open 24 hours (except between 03:00-04:00AM) with reduced capacity. Guests required to book a time slot via Reception who will also provide access.
  • Business Centre: Open 24 hours (except between 03:00-04:00AM). Guests are requested to sanitise before and after use.

During your stay, Food and Beverage will be available through the following outlets:


  • In Room Dining: Breakfast along with all of your other food and beverage requests from the In Room Dining menu can be enjoyed in your room throughout the day and night.
  • Hyde Bar & Terrace: The Hyde Bar is open 12:00 - 23:00, Sunday to Thursday and 12:00 - 00:00, Friday and Saturday. The food menu will be available every day between 12:00 - 22:00.
  • Knightsbridge Lounge: Tea & Coffee served throughout the day and Afternoon Tea will be served in between 15:00 - 18:00.
  • The Trianon: Closed
Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:
  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out. Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you have departed.
  • Mobile Key. Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
  • Mobile Dining. Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests. Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
