Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

In-order to foster social distancing and enhance contactless experiences we have implemented the following measures:

 

  • Signage throughout our hotel will remind guests to maintain social distancing and adhere to relevant UK government guidance. Public spaces including Bars, Restaurants, Lounge, Spa and Fitness Centre remain closed until 2nd December 2020.
  • Partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service areas.
  • Mobile check-in.
  • Credit Card or Debit Card Payment only.
  • Sanitizing stations throughout hotel.
  • We encourage the use of the Marriott Bonvoy App for a faster, contactless check-in. You will still be required to present an ID upon arrival. This will allow us to provide a Mobile Key for your stay after registration to access your room.
  • Luggage assistance is available on request. All bags will be disinfected before being delivered to your room.

 

All of the precautions are subject to change with updated government guidance.
 

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including bathrooms and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE such as face coverings and gloves. Guests must wear a personal face covering in all public areas of the hotel and we will also have these available for anyone that would like them.
  • Disinfectant Wipes: We have placed disinfectant wipes in every room as well as having them available upon request.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: All room amenities and linen will be taken out of every room on departure and replaced. Literature including magazines and books have been removed from rooms.

 

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it. Guests may request fresh towels via reception at any point during the stay.

Following UK government guidance, from 5th November our Health Club will be closed until 2nd December.


We are committed to making the amenities and services at Park Lane available to you while complying with government regulations, including guidance on reducing capacities in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.


In line with the latest lockdown restrictions announced by the UK government, the modifications we have made include:

 

  • Gym: Temporarily Closed until 2nd December 2020
  • Swimming Pool and Steam Room: Temporarily Closed until 2nd December 2020
  • Treatment Room: Temporarily Closed until 2nd December 2020
  • Executive Lounge: Temporarily Closed until 2nd December 2020
  • Restaurant and Bar: Temporarily Closed until 2nd December 2020
  • Room Service: Available between 7am-11am and 6pm-10pm. External food orders will be delivered to guest rooms 24 hrs.
  • Meeting Rooms: Meetings are permitted for education and training as per government guidance. Located on exclusive floor of the hotel and available for private hire for meetings up to 30 people following social distance guidelines.


Face coverings are mandatory in all areas with the exception of bedrooms.

Following UK government guidance, from 5th November Restaurant, Bar and Lounge will be temporarily closed until 2nd December.


We will be offering in-room breakfast and dinner options throughout your stay which can be ordered through our guest services team. Digital menus are available at the front desk and will be provided to you on check in. Please check with Guest Services for any assistance with ordering food to the hotel.
