Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

In-order to foster social distancing and enhance contactless experiences we have implemented the following measures:

 

  • Mobile check-in.
  • Credit Card or Debit Card Payment only.
  • Sanitizing stations throughout hotel.
  • We encourage the use of the Marriott Bonvoy App for a faster, contactless check-in. You will still be required to present an ID upon arrival. This will allow us to provide a Mobile Key for your stay after registration to access your room.

 

All of the precautions are subject to change with updated government guidance.
 

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including bathrooms and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will continue to wear face coverings.
  • Disinfectant Wipes: We have placed disinfectant wipes in every room as well as having them available upon request.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: All room amenities and linen will be taken out of every room on departure and replaced. Literature including magazines and books have been removed from rooms.

In order to continue providing a safe environment for all of our guests, some modifications have been made to our services and facilities:

 

  • Gym: Open 24h
  • Swimming Pool and Steam Room: Open daily from 6am to 11pm
  • Treatment Room: Treatments are available throughout the day but need to be pre-booked with our team
  • Executive Lounge: Open daily from 7am to 11pm
  • Restaurant and Bar: Open daily from 7am to 11pm
  • Room Service: Available between 7am-10pm. External food orders will be delivered to guest rooms 24 hrs
  • Meeting Rooms: Located on exclusive floor of the hotel and available for private hire for meetings up to 70 people

  • Lanes of London: Open daily from 7am to 11pm
  • Executive Lounge: Open daily from 7am to 9:30pm
  • Room Service: Available between 7am -11pm. External food orders will be delivered to guest rooms 24 hrs
  • Meeting and Events: Located on exclusive floor of the hotel and available for private hire for meetings up to 70 people

Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative. Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

 
  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key: We can provide all guests with a Mobile Key for the duration of their stay. Guests will need to initially provide ID at Front Desk on arrival. 
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
