Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions in our Polo Bar and AW Restaurant in compliance with local mandates, protective Perspex glass partitions installed in all workstations at Reception front desks.

Contactless mobile experiences include check-in, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app. Contactless mobile menus will be available in the Polo Bar and In-Room Dining. Hand sanitiser dispensers, touchless whenever possible, will be placed at key guest and employee entrances and contact areas.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and lifts as well as provided more hand sanitising stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Staff members will wear PPE (e.g. face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying. We're utilising enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities.


  • In-room coffee makers will be delivered to the guests' room upon request.
  • Cleaning and protective equipment is available for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.


The modifications we have made include:


  • Polo Bar: Open, reservation recommended.
  • AW Restaurant: Closed until further notice.
  • Fitness Centre: Open with a maximum capacity of 2 guests at a time, masks are required
    at all times.
  • Business Centre: Open with a maximum capacity of 1 guest at a time, the key can be
    collected from Reception.
  • Meeting & Event Rooms: Open, social distancing required.
To protect our guests, food is prepared according to the highest hygiene standards, in line with Marriott International's Commitment to Clean policy.

The Polo Bar is open as normal with a reduced capacity and socially distanced tables, following the UK government guidelines. Contactless mobile menus are available.

AW Restaurant will remain closed until further notice. The Wine Room, Aspen Room and main restaurant area remain available for exclusive room hire for meetings and events.

In-Room Dining service orders can be requested via telephone and will be delivered right to your door with social distancing measures in place. Contactless mobile menu is available.

À la carte breakfast will be served in our Polo Bar. Alternatively, In-Room Dining breakfast service is also available with contactless delivery.

Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:


  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out. Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.

We are deploying scientifically supported practices and innovations and are following local government regulations. Our associates are committed to providing you with a clean and pleasant environment and we look forward to safely hosting you and your guests.


  • Enhanced Cleaning: Deeper and more frequent cleaning focusing on high-touch areas, hygiene and safety signage and hand sanitiser dispensers.
  • Social Distancing Protocols: We have made several enhancements to our health and safety measures including virtual site inspections, contactless service requests made through the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app and reduced seating capacity set-ups reflecting social distancing guidelines.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Associates will wear PPE and cleaning and protective equipment is available for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
  • Food and Beverage: Coffee breaks and condiment options will be staffed by associates or provided pre-packaged, wholesome meals will be served pre-plated, self-service buffets are discouraged. Non-essential surfaces and items such as linens, glassware and décor will be reduced or removed.
