Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing and wearing face coverings whenever you're in indoor public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g. face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are expected to wear personal face coverings as per the local state mandates.
  • Room Amenities: In-room coffee and tea amenities are available in every guest room.

To respond to our already high standards around health and cleanliness, we have taken extra precautions to clean and sanitize your room before your arrival. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you prefer not to get housekeeping services, please send us a message via the Marriott Bonvoy App or meet us at check-in.
  • Fitness Center: Open, in line with local COVID -19 safety procedures
  • Pool: Open, in line with local COVID -19 safety procedures
  • Tennis Court: Open, in line with local COVID -19 safety procedures
  • Club Lounge: Open as a sitting area only
  • M&E Venues: Open, in line with local COVID -19 safety procedures
  • In line with local state laws, our Poolside restaurant, Lobby Lounge, La Giara Italian Restaurant and Pumpkin Leaf Buffet restaurant are open to in-house and walk in guests at 50% of its capacity.
  • All necessary safety and precautionary measures have been put in place to ensure our diners stay safe.
  • In-room dining is available 24 hours to all resident guests. Enhanced cleanliness measures are being taken during food preparation and delivery to the guest room.
  • All our kitchen and F&B staff are mandated to wear the correct PPE based on the task being performed and all surfaces are frequently cleaned and sanitized.
