Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing in compliance with local and state mandates.

Upon your arrival, all our guests will have to go through thermal scanning. We recommend the usage of Aarogya Setu mobile App.

You are requested to wear a mask all the times when you are in public spaces and it is mandatory to follow social distancing from other guest and hotel associates.

We have redesigned the overall upkeep & cleaning procedures to ensure contactless experiences at the public spaces. We have installed transparent partition at the reception and dedicated sanitizing stations for the keycard, guest luggage, etc.

Explore the safest and fastest arrival experience on your smart devices while you sign up for the Marriott Bonvoy app. Now, go cashless and settle your bills with the contactless payment mode via dedicated UPI accounts. We have left no stone unturned to ensure the contactless journey for you throughout your stay with us.
  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as provided multiple contactless hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All our staff members are equipped with PPE kit (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) and strictly following the hygiene protocols. All vendors and employees entering the building are subject to thermal scanning.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: To ensure the disinfection of public area, we are using the handheld electrostatic sprayer to achieve the highest level of sanitization.
  • Room Amenities: Dry amenities (Shaving kit, dental kit, etc.) are now available only on request. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping services every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will clean your guest room after every 3rd night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Fitness Center: Guests are allowed with the appropriate face-covering & staggered timings. We recommend you to book your preferred training slot well in advance.
  • Banquets/Meeting Rooms: The hotel is operating its meeting facilities with reduced capacity and providing contactless services.
OMR Kitchen: Our restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner between 7 AM to 9 PM with reduced seating capacity as per local government guidelines. This may translate to a longer waiting period in the dining areas. Usage of air conditioning is currently prohibited.

Room Service: Our contactless in-room dining services are available between 7 AM to 11 PM

Takeaway: The hotel has enabled digital payments and we have made our food ordering process online to ensure contactless pickup & contactless payments.

Our restaurant team abides by state and local guidelines, including the use of face masks and gloves.
