Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Hotel areas such as Main Porch, Guest parking, Front desk, Restaurant, Elevators and public areas are equipped with Social Distancing signages and the floor marking as mandated by Local & State Govt.
  • Restaurant and banquets capacity are reduced to 50% of its maximum capacity to ensure adequate distance.
  • Barrier/ Screen is installed at front desk counter to ensure social distancing between guest and associate.

On direction of local and State authorities following steps are taken to enhance Cleanliness in align with Commitment to Clean:

 

  • Frequency of cleaning and disinfection is increased especially high touch surface areas like elevator buttons, hand rails, door knobs.
  • Associates are trained to wear and dispose of PPE Gears and its mandate to wear PPE such as Face mask, face shield, Gloves and Body suit during their shift hours according to their duties.
  • Automatic or Foot operated sanitizer dispenser are placed in public areas and offering a complimentary face mask to our guest as and when required.
  • Dedicated Trash bin to dispose PPE are placed at Main porch, Recepton and Restaurant area.
  • Shoe sterlizing mats are placed at guest and associate entrance.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

Fitness Centre:

 

  • Guest are allowed to use GYM in assigned slots.
  • Fitness centre area is redesigned by placing equipments in adequate distance.
  • Adequate supply of PPE and sanitizer along with Disinfectant wipes are made available.
  • Specific pathways for entering and exiting exercise areas within closed spaces using floor and wall markings.
  • Posters/standees on preventive measures about COVID-19 are displayed prominently.
  • Ensuring the equipment are disinfected. Cleaning and disinfection of gymnasium equipment, particularly frequently touched surfaces (hand rails, benches, fixtures, etc.) after each exercise session before it is used by the next guest.

As per Local and State Govt orders Restaurant are allowed to operate between 0600 hrs to 2000 hrs.

 

  • To ensure social distancing at restaurant the capacity of restaurant is been reduced to 50% of its maximum capacity.
  • Frequency of disinfection is increased especially high touch surface areas such as tables, chairs elevator switches, Food counters etc.
  • Food menu for restaurant or IRD are shared online thru QR code for contact less service.
  • Guest are encouraged to make online payments thru payment gateways.
  • Hand Sanitizers, gloves, Face masks & Face shields are readily available in the restaurant.
  • Floor markings are made in restaurant and kitchen area to ensure adequate distancing.
  • Gloves, Face masks, face shield are compulsory to wear by all food handlers.
