Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Social Distancing Posters have been placed at Main porch, Car Parking Area, Public Areas, Restaurant, Reception, Elevators along with the floor markings at reception, Elevators, Main Porch and restaurant. Barriers at reception counter are in place. Hotel has made all the arrangements in compliance with Local and State government mandates.


Guest order food by scanning QR code and the food is delivered by ensuring contact less service.

 

We encourage guest for mobile Check-in, Check-out or for any other request during their stay.

With reference to Marriott's Commitment to clean we have enhanced the Cleaning procedures at our hotel:

 

  • Frequency of Cleaning and disinfection of public areas have been increased.
  • High touch Surface areas like elevator buttons, Hand rails, Telephones etc are been focused for frequent cleanliness and sanitization.
  • PPE (Gloves, face masks, Face shield and Body suit) are mandated to wear by team members while performing their duties.
  • Guest are requested to wear face mask while accessing any public areas (Complimentary face mask are offered to the guest if required).
  • Hand Sanitizers are placed in all key areas(like reception, restaurant, Main porch and on all guest lift Lobby.
  • Disinfectant wipes are placed in all the arrival rooms and are also available at reception, restaurant etc.
  • Electrostatic Sprayers with approved chemicals are used to disinfect the guest rooms, public areas.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
  1. Fitness Centre equipment and machines like treadmill, cross trainer, weights etc. are placed approx 6 feet apart to facilitate social distancing.
  2. Specific pathways for entering and exiting exercise areas within closed spaces using floor or wall markings.
  3. Posters/standees on preventive measures about COVID-19 are displayed prominently.
  4. Guest are allowed to use fitness centre in assigned slots to ensure social distancing.
  5. Fitness equipment's are frequently disinfected and sanitized, particularly the frequently touched surfaces (hand rails, benches, fixtures, etc.) after each exercise session before it is used by the next guest
  6. An adequate supply of disinfectant wipes or disinfecting solutions and disposable paper towels are provided for guest to wipe exercise equipment & clean before and after use.
  7. Appropriate personal protection gears like face covers/face masks, visors, hand sanitizers etc. are made available to the guest.
  8. Separate Dust bins (Tagged, foot operated closed dustbins with 2 liner) are placed at the exit to dispose face masks, Gloves, Face shield etc. and Foot operated closed dustbins for other waste.

As per Local authorities Restaurant are allowed to open between 0600 hrs to 2000 hrs.

 

  1. We have Reduced seating capacity - 50% of original capacity and are maintaining approx 1.5 m space between tables.
  2. Floor markings and social distancing posters are placed to ensure adequate distancing.
  3. To ensure contact less service - QR code for menu for All day Dining and In Room Dining are been created and shared to the guest.
  4. Guest are encouraged to make payment online or thru QR codes of payment gateways.
  5. PPE gears such as Face mask, gloves along with disinfectant wipes are placed in the restaurant.
  6. Hand Hygiene procedures are displayed in the Restaurant Rest rooms.
